Overview
A Paramify program is typically a representation of a current or prospective compliance deliverables package, i.e. ATO (Authority to Operate) package, for a system. It encompasses a chosen control set and a method to specify frontmatter and backmatter.
The Paramify Intake process, which defines your initial set of Elements and Risk Solutions, is a pre-requisite to complete a program. However, Program tasks can be executed in parallel with Element and Risk Solution enhancement and review.
Program Tasks
As the pre-requisites are being completed, the following activities can also be performed:
- Create a program for each intended compliance package
- Determine the nature of your data and what level of protection it requires
- Set control parameters and control implementation responses
- Identify key contacts
- Complete Content Overlays sections: frontmatter and diagrams
- Define program specific glossary & acronyms
- Select attachments/appendices to be generated by Paramify and manage the filename and completion status
- Run Document Robot to generate compliance deliverables and visualize impacts on deliverables as you progress
- Establish Program Settings
Each of the tasks above has an impact on the resulting compliance deliverables generated when you add a revision in Document Robot.
When deliverables appear inaccurate or incomplete, there is likely a program task responsible for those inputs. A quick review of the deliverables against the related program task will reveal what needs to be completed before submitting your compliance deliverables for review or assessment.
NOTE
If all the program tasks are completed accurately and the compliance deliverables still appear incomplete or inaccurate, see Most Common Reasons Document Robot Deliverables are Incomplete.
