Overview
The Glossary & Acronyms section serves to define key terms and acronyms used throughout the System Security Plan (SSP) to ensure clarity and consistency. It helps stakeholders, auditors, and system owners understand complex terms and industry-specific jargon.
Maintaining Glossary & Acronyms in Paramify
Paramify allows you to create your own custom terms and select from a library of Glossary and Acronym terms. The steps are as follows:

Within a Program, Navigate to Glossary & Acronyms: Overlays > Glossary & Acronyms

For each Glossary term that you want to attach, on the Glossary tab perform the following:

- Click button: + Term
- Option 1: Select a term from the library using the list of valuation selection and click Attach
- Option 2: Click "Create New Term", enter a Term Value and Prose, and click Save & Attach

For each Acronym term that you want to attach, on the Acronym tab perform the following:

- Click button: + Term
- Option 1: Select a term from the library using the list of valuation selection and click Attach
- Option 2: Click "Create New Term", enter a Term Value and Prose, and click Save & Attach
