Why Are My Document Robot Deliverables Incomplete?

The Table of Contents is typically the first indicator if the document is incomplete due to user error.  The two most common errors are the following:

1. DOCX file is opened using a program other than Microsoft Word.
2. The wrong options are selected when prompted to update the fields in the file as the DOCX file is opened in Microsoft Word.

Please open the DOCX files using Microsoft Word and select "Yes" and/or "Update Entire Table" to enable all content to populate in the document.

When prompted with the below window, click "Yes".

When prompted with the below window, select "Update entire table" and click "OK"
