Account Level
Secure Access
In order to access an account, a user must be provisioned as an admin of that account. On the account level, users can be provisioned access by a current admin selecting the Account Admin checkbox, under a desired account > Users.
Users can access the account level by logging in with their credentials, and navigating to the account page by clicking on the Paramify icon and clicking on the name of the Account. Users can securely login through any of the methods detailed in this article: Login Options.
Secure Configuration
Administrators can manage workspace settings, control user access, and use data import features. User authentication is handled by third-party SSO providers, not by Paramify directly. Admins can set permissions for user types (Collaborator, Editor, etc). Admins can also designate which workspaces that account admins have access to. All user activities are tracked for transparency and accountability. These features help keep your account secure and under control.
Secure Decommission
Accounts can be decommissioned in the same manner that they are provisioned. Accounts can be decommissioned in the same manner that they are provisioned. Select the checkbox so that it is no longer checked to remove a user's administrative access. Access records exist to ensure that only desired individuals maintain access to administrative accounts.
Workspace Level
Secure Access
On a Workspace level, administrators can be added by clicking on the settings icon within a Workspace, and then navigating to the Users tab. Users can then be added via the '+ User" button and user type can be specified (Admin, Assessor, etc).
Users can access the the Workspace level by logging in with their credentials, and navigating to the Workspace page by clicking on the Paramify icon and clicking on the name of the Workspace. Users can securely login through any of the methods detailed in this article: Login Options.
