Custom/Granular Permissions

Would like the ability to create custom permissions within Paramify. As of today, every role (that is not an assessor) has the ability to create/edit elements. We'd like the ability to pick and choose which permissions to assign a user or group.

For example, a control collaborator is perhaps someone can review a control or SC and have the ability to leave comments for suggested changes, but does not have the ability to edit the SC's or any of the elements.
