Cloud eMASS Integration

It would be great to have the ability to upload or transfer FedRAMP OSCAL and other package types to the DISA eMASS as a function of the system. This would allow Paramify customers to directly send completed packages when they are updated or on a regular schedule. 

Understanding that eMASS is transitioning from Rev 4 and Rev 5 control frameworks, it looks like the platform will likely continue to exist for some time.
