Assigned Tasks View (Single Pane) and Notifications

I don't want to look for the tasks assigned to me. I want a single view for all assigned tasks across project, risk solution, and elements pages for a more seamless review workflow. 

A notification mechanism when an individual is assigned a task would also be beneficial.
